Erica Green is a proud native of Denver, hailing from the historic Five Points area. She currently serves as the AIM Program Manager with GRASP, overseeing Colorado’s only Hospital Violence Intervention Program and managing initiatives at University Hospital, Denver Health, and Children’s Hospital. A graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver, Erica holds a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in African American Studies.

With over seven years of experience, she is a passionate advocate for her community, striving to amplify voices in spaces where they can be heard. Erica validates the pain felt in her community by creating safe spaces filled with openness, heart, and love. She is dedicated to educating Black and Brown communities about healing culture and restorative justice, fostering empowerment and resilience.
